Refund & Returns
We aim to keep returns fair, clear, and simple while maintaining strict quality standards for our products.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted through your Pawwsy account and are reviewed manually.
1. Log in to your account (Menu → My Account)
2. Open the order you want to return
3. Click “Request Return”
4. Select the reason and submit
We review all requests within 24–48 hours. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Returns must be shipped to the return address provided by Pawwsy after approval. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in original condition, show no use beyond normal inspection, and include all original packaging and accessories. Please include your order number inside the return package to ensure correct processing. All returns are physically inspected. If we find signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a partial refund may apply.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded where required by EU consumer law. Any additional shipping upgrades are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method. Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full or partial refund, a replacement or reshipment, or another suitable solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and include clear photos. We’ll take care of it.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for gift cards, customized or personalized items, or items damaged due to misuse.
