Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within Europe.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from different countries within Europe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests made after this time will be denied. Once delivered, your order can still be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouses. Please allow extra time during holidays and sales periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note: we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping method.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All our prices include VAT for orders within the European Union. This means you will not face extra customs charges if you live in the EU. If you order from outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item, and all relevant details upon receiving your package. We will resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Processing time may vary depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund yet, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
