Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within Europe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders from Monday to Sunday. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please allow extra time during holidays, sales periods and weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All our prices include VAT.
How do I return an item?
You can request a return directly through your Pawwsy account.
- Log in to your account (Menu - My Account)
- Open the order you want to return
- Click “Request Return”
- Choose the reason and submit the request

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please submit a return request through your Pawwsy account.

Returns for personal reasons (such as “I don’t like it”, “It doesn’t fit”, or “I changed my mind”) can be requested directly through your Pawwsy account.
